Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping notification with tracking information.

Shipments sent outside the EU may experience customs delays. This can occur due to required documentation, duties, or inspections.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
The most common reason for failed deliveries. Please ensure all address details are accurate. If you’ve noticed an error, contact the courier immediately.

Weather or Traffic Delays
Busy periods (e.g., holidays) or extreme weather may cause delays.

Lost Packages
In rare cases, packages may be lost in transit. If your tracking hasn’t updated or the delivery is overdue, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Undeliverable Items
If your order includes items restricted or prohibited in your country, your package may be returned or destroyed by customs.

Damaged Packages
Couriers may halt transit if a package is damaged, leaking, or poses a safety risk. Damaged parcels are either returned or repaired before resuming delivery.
