If your order hasn’t been shipped yet you can contact us to cancel your order. After that, the return & exchange policy applies

I don’t know my power
It is necessary to know your prescription for ordering cosmetic lenses. Visit your optician to get and eye test. If you don’t have Farsightedness (hyperopia) or eye problems your eye prescription will be Plano (0.00). We don’t sell Myopia (Nearsightedness) products

My payment was refused
Payments can be declined due to a variety of reason. The most common ones are geolocation mismatch, expired cards, suspicious transactions or insufficient funds. If none of the above are the case contact us for manual payment
