3. Are your products safe to use?
Absolutely. Our products are tested, graded, and certified under KGMP, KFDA, EU ISO/CE, ISO 13485, and CE standards. For more information, please refer to our GPSR compliance documentation.
4. Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can place an order without creating an account. However, if you choose not to make an account, please save your order emails for reference, as your data will not be stored on our servers.
5. How do I cancel my order?
If your order hasnโt shipped yet, contact us to cancel. Once shipped, our Return & Exchange Policy applies.
6. My order arrived faulty or defective. What should I do?
If your product is faulty or defective, contact us immediately with photo evidence so we can provide a solution.
7. I donโt know my prescription. What should I do?
To order cosmetic lenses, you need a valid eye prescription. Visit your optician for an eye test. If you have no farsightedness (hyperopia) or other eye issues, your prescription will likely be Plano (0.00). Please note: we do not sell myopia (nearsightedness) products.
8. Do you ship to PO boxes?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes at this time.
9. My payment was declined. What can I do?
Payments can be declined for several reasons:
- Geolocation mismatch
- Expired card
- Suspicious transaction
- Insufficient funds
If none of these apply, please contact us for manual payment assistance.
10. Can I request my data to be removed?
